Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Large Shrimp Can use any 8-20 count- defrosted and in the shell
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Lemons
  • 8 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1-2 tbsp Equal mix of Paprika, Dry Basil, Dry Thyme, Oregano, Dry Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Canola or Vegetable Oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients besides the Shrimp and Canola oil into a large bowl and marinate the shrimp for up to 1.5 hours. NO LONGER.
  • Heat canola oil in a pan and pan fry the shrimp on one side for 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip the shrimp and add the remaining marinade to the pan and let fry for another 3 minutes. Make sure shrimp reach 145 degrees.
  • Serve with the sauce from the pan.
