Combine all of the ingredients besides the Shrimp and Canola oil into a large bowl and marinate the shrimp for up to 1.5 hours. NO LONGER.
Heat canola oil in a pan and pan fry the shrimp on one side for 3-4 minutes.
Flip the shrimp and add the remaining marinade to the pan and let fry for another 3 minutes. Make sure shrimp reach 145 degrees.
Serve with the sauce from the pan.
