BBQ Pear Chicken Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp BBQ Spice Blend equal mix of cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, onion flakes, parsley, black pepper
- 2 red pears peeled and diced
- 1 lb cooked chicken diced or shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger zested
- Asiago & Parmesan Cheeses shredded
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Saute pears with a pinch of salt and bbq spices and then let cool.
- combine all of the ingredients (besides the egg roll wrappers and oil) and mix thoroughly to form your filling.
- Place about two tbsp of the filling into an egg roll wrapper with cheese and fold as instructed.
- Fry for about 3-5 minutes until golden crispy brown. Serve with BBQ sauce.
