BBQ Pear Chicken Egg Rolls


  • 1 tbsp BBQ Spice Blend equal mix of cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, onion flakes, parsley, black pepper
  • 2 red pears peeled and diced
  • 1 lb cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger zested
  • Asiago & Parmesan Cheeses shredded
  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • vegetable oil


  • Saute pears with a pinch of salt and bbq spices and then let cool.
  • combine all of the ingredients (besides the egg roll wrappers and oil) and mix thoroughly to form your filling.
  • Place about two tbsp of the filling into an egg roll wrapper with cheese and fold as instructed.
  • Fry for about 3-5 minutes until golden crispy brown. Serve with BBQ sauce.
