Sweet & Spicy Italian Sausage


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground meat Turkey, Pork, Chicken or Beef
  • 2 tbsp Italian Spices Equal mix of minced garlic, minced onion, basil, rosemary, fennel seed, thyme, with a pinch of crushed read pepper
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium high heat.
  • Add ground meat and brown for about a minute.
  • Add all of the spices, the vinegar, salt and sugar and saute for about 5-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
