ground meat
Turkey, Pork, Chicken or Beef

Italian Spices
Equal mix of minced garlic, minced onion, basil, rosemary, fennel seed, thyme, with a pinch of crushed read pepper

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
sugar
Instructions
In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium high heat.
Add ground meat and brown for about a minute.
Add all of the spices, the vinegar, salt and sugar and saute for about 5-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
