Dear Kristin-

I am “pleased as punch” that you have chosen Get in the Kitchen! (sorry that was the only food pun I could think ofJ)for your Baking Bootcamp!

Dates:

August 2nd 4:30-7:30 Baking Boot Camp

August 9th   4:30-7:30 Baking Boot Camp

August 16th   4:30-7:30 Baking Boot Camp

August 23rd   4:30-7:30 Baking Boot Camp

August 30th   4:30-7:30 Baking Boot Camp

Rental Price:

$325 per Class

Total: $1,625

 

Deposit and Payment:  50% deposit is needed to hold the dates. It is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the first event. After that, please see refund policy below for terms.  The deposit for these events will be based on the flat rental fee and come to $812.50

Refund Policy: Fully refundable up to 14 days before the first event and then full payment will be due. However, if we have an inquiry for a private party, we will give you 24 hours to decide if you want the space. If you decide to move forward, this means that your deposit will become non-refundable and full payment will be due 10 days prior to each of the events or in full before the first event if you choose. This is in place to protect us from having to turn away any private parties for the time of your class.

Rental Terms

You have opted to rent the space for 5 events for a fee of $1,625. You will have use of all of our equipment, dishware, paper and plastic products as needed. All food will be purchased by you, but you are welcome to certain condiments and spices as needed. Please let us know a list of spices and condiments prior to your date so we can let you know if they are available. All equipment including dishes cookware, utensils and glassware should be cleaned and put back into their respective storage areas prior to departure. All condiments should be stored properly after use. Countertops, table, booths and floors should substantially be free of any food particles so we can mop and clean.

Beverages:  Please plan to bring any wine, alcoholic or soft beverages that you will require.

Conversion to Contract:

This Proposal will convert to a Contract upon either your signature below, the payment of your deposit or submission of a credit card to secure the date. Please sign below and return to Get in the Kitchen! upon the submission of your deposit.
