I am “pleased as punch” that you are thinking about Get in the Kitchen! to host your party! We know we can create an event that will be a lip smacking good time for all! I am happy to furnish this proposal for your review and comments.
Date: September 25th , 2020 7PM-10PM
Price is $99 per person with a minimum of $800. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time, and full payment is due 7 days before the event. See next section for details on refunds.
Deposit and Payment: 50% deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to the event. After that, please see refund policy below for terms. The deposit will be $400
Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Should you want to add more people to the event after that, full payment for all add-ons is to be paid on or before event day.
Refund Policy: Fully refundable up to 45 days before the event. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AS WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO MARKET AND FILL THE TIME. HOWEVER, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE UP TO AS MANY GUESTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE TIME SLOT.
COVID REFUND POLICY
If we are shut down due to COVID restrictions prior to 14 days out, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. If we are shut down due to Covid Restrictions within 14 days of your event, we will offer a 50% refund of any monies paid and 50% credit towards any cooking party, private or public. This is because we start to incur costs within 14 days of any event.
Interactive Sit-down Dinner
We will demonstrate how to make an appetizer. Then you will sit down to a salad, entrée and dessert course prepared by our chef and served to you by our servers. You have chosen the following menu:
Appetizer: Crispy Smoked Salmon Rangoon Cooking Class & Drink of choice
Salad course: Asian Caprese
Entrée’ Braised short ribs – Peanut Gravy will be served on the side, but we can also replace with a Hoisin Gravy if there are allergies.
Dessert: Chocolate Bundino
Jason will conduct games of your choosing related to the theme of your party. You may also choose to add a comedian, magician or drag queen for extra fees.
Beverages: We will create a cocktails of your choosing from the following list:
Apple, Pear & Cinamon Clove Vodka
Banana Ginger Strawberry & Guajillo Pepper Rum or Vodka
Berry Lemon Vodka with Ginger & Thyme
Cucumber Lime pepper Tequila or Vodka
Cardamom Ginger Sweet Tea Vodka
We will provide water in pitchers, but are a BYOB facility. Please plan to bring any other wine or alcoholic beverages or soft drinks that you will require.
Cakes and outside Foods:
You are welcome to bring a cake or any other already prepared and cooked foods that have been prepared in a facility monitored by the Chicago Department of Health into the facility.
