No one wants to come home and start cooking. Unfortunately, if you want to make something other than a cup of yogurt or a can of chemically enhanced soup, you are gonna have to put a little effort into it. Fortunately for you, I have created a bunch of restaurant quality recipes that will allow you to do just that… put a “LITTLE” effort into it and still have time for that much needed glass of wine.
One Pan Wonders- 1 Pan, 45 minutes, 35 minutes downtime
I have been working tirelessly on these recipes in 2015. Now before you go and get all mushy and thank me, I wasn’t creating them for you. I was creating these restaurant quality dishes for me! They were so damn easy and so damn good that I got addicted to them. I literally didn’t want to make anything else. I cooked these awesome meals with about 15 minutes of work, and had time to sip down a nice single malt scotch while they were cooking. What’s not to love? Easy Rice & Pasta Dishes
These dishes will literally take less than a half hour to make. Simply saute, add liquid, cover and step the hell away for 15 minutes.
Crock Pot Recipes
The crock pot can be your best damn friend. You can marinate your meats in it overnight (even use frozen meat), and then set it in the morning before you head off to work. When you get home, your amazingly delicious meal will be waiting for you unlike your spouse or kids.
